Construction Stakeout Services
We offer construction stakeout services for projects of all sizes in all sectors. Responsiveness is the hallmark of our construction stakeout services. We strive to meet a 3-day turnaround for most projects, to help our clients start their projects off on the fast track. Making use of state-of-the-art technology, we provide critical data for construction stakeout and site layout. We strive to solve complex issues and fix problem before they become disasters both in the office and in the field. KCW has the experience to stakeout the most detailed projects requiring the highest level of precision.
Topographic Consultants
KCW’s highly-trained and fully-equipped surveyors gather the necessary field data to provide our clients with a complete picture. Our topographic consultants combine the field data with our research into survey records to improve the engineer’s understanding of the topography with profiles and cross sections.
ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
When financial institutions, property owners, and title companies have a negotiation on the line, the timing of an ALTA survey is critical. KCW has earned a solid reputation as a trustworthy and timely ALTA survey firm. Our ALTA/NSPS Survey experience included working with Federal and Municipal government agencies and non-profit organizations.
