Land Development Department

Project Engineer – Civil Engineer experienced in the design of Land Development projects including roads, grading, water, sewer, storm drains, stormwater management and erosion and sediment control. AutoCad is essential, Civil 3D a plus.

Design Engineer – Designer proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D is a plus. Applicant should have the ability to design and prepare the following plans: water, sewer, road, storm drain, traffic control, grading plans, erosion and sediment control, flood studies, and stormwater management.

CADD Operator – Experience in AutoCad is essential, Civil 3D a plus.

Surveying Department

Survey Party Chief – Position requires 5 years’ experience with construction stakeout, boundary and topographic surveys. Use of GPS equipment and surveying coursework is preferred.

Survey Instrument Operator – Position requires 2 years’ experience working under the direction of a Survey Party Chief on construction stakeout, boundary and topographic surveys. Use of GPS equipment and surveying coursework is preferred.

Survey Technician –Position requires knowledge of construction stakeout and cut sheets, boundary, ALTA and topographic surveys and preparation of plats. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.

Entry-Level Manhole Inspector – Training will be provided.  A high school diploma is required and construction experience is a plus, but is not required.

Manhole Inspector – 1-3 years’ experience as a manhole inspector. A high school diploma is required and construction experience is a plus, but not required.

Electrical Engineering Department

Project Manager – Plans and directs design engineers, drafters, and technical engineers working on specific projects. Manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs. Oversees budget and schedule of a project. Monitors progress and performance against the project plan. Typically reports directly to an owner. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Typically requires 5+ years of experience.

Designer – 5-10 years’ experience in electrical design to work on projects in Washington DC, Baltimore, and surrounding areas. Experience with GWD is a plus.

Project Analyst – Primavera SME – Seeking a highly motivated, self-starter with high attention to detail. This essential role will require the individual to organize, coordinate, maintain, track and present project schedules under the supervision of a Project Manager. This position provides a broad range of responsibilities therefore experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project is required.
