Our company’s festivities for the holiday season
Winterfest:
As a company who values long-term relationships, we also value long-term traditions!
For many years, we have celebrated the holidays with a Winterfest party, a white elephant gift exchange and newly, a cubicle decorating contest. This year was no exception.
On December 2, nearly 100 guests attended our Winterfest Celebration at The Chart House in Annapolis. With festive games like Pass the Parcel & surprise prizes under chairs, we were delighted to share in the joy of the holidays with our team. It is important to give back to our team members who help make KCW a company to be proud of.

Cubicle contest:
Participants in this year’s cubicle contest created festive designs & contributed to the office’s holiday spirit. With a theme fitting for Maryland, Star won first prize with her crab-themed Christmas décor.
White Elephant:
Our white elephant gift exchange brought over 20 employees together to share in an energetic game of strategic present swapping!
