Our Winterfest Celebration was fun for everyone!
From the start of our company, KCW has always taken the time to celebrate our employees around the holidays.
We value this time to step outside of work and treat our team to a festive party. With a plated dinner, games & prizes, we aim to show our employees just how important they are to us.
This year, our event was held on December 3 at Libations Tavern in Millersville, Maryland. Libations is a cozy, comfortable venue that is well decorated for the holiday. The staff was positive, attentive and organized, and the food was delicious. With a large catering menu, there were options for everyone.
We played an icebreaker game that helps get people mingling, while simultaneously learning about each other. We pulled aside 20 employees prior to the event and collected unknown fun facts about each person, then typed them up and voila. At the party, our team had to search for the person each fact belonged to. See our example questions below from this year’s game.
