KCW is no stranger to festivity & decorations around the holidays. This year, an idea brought to us by one of our employees turned into a creative contest for the whole office. Our employees put their full effort into decorating their offices and cubicles with festive and lively designs! Fun Holiday Ideas for Your Company
- Cookie Exchange: Everyone who wants to participate can bring in homemade cookies to display in the exchange. Then, each participant receives a festive holiday bag to pick their favorite cookies, which leaves them with a custom treat bag!
Bonus: If you want to add something extra, you can also play this like a white elephant gift exchange, where each cookie is anonymous & each participant is given a number, they can pick a cookie package at random in sequential order, with the risk of having it “stolen” by another player. Cookie packages can only be stolen three times.
- All-Staff Decorations: Have specific decorations to put up each year to create a tradition that employees love. The company can purchase a large tree for the front lobby and encourage each employee to bring in one ornament to showcase on the tree.
- Holiday Treats: Surprise your team with candies or truffles on their desk with a special note of appreciation. Whether homemade or purchased, the little moments are often the most remembered, especially in the office.
